Peter Hall

Drug and Alcohol Awareness Speaker

Prison, the judicial system, rehabs, divorce, drug addiction and alcohol abuse. Peter Hall has a wealth of experience relating to the darker corners of life.

From his personal experiences, he gives talks to schools on the perils of drug and alcohol addiction and the chaos that surrounds the lifestyle. The presentation is designed to stimulate debate amongst the pupils on this important subject that is all too often swept under the carpet:

"If they are talking about it, it means they are thinking about it."

By his own account unemployable he is acclaimed for his honesty and openness. He pulls no punches and his message comes through loud and clear:

"Don't let drugs and alcohol waste your life."

His blossoming career in this field has cast him in the unlikely position as role model, an example of how it is possible to change one's life around after years of abuse.

"You were all the talk of the staff and students after yesterday afternoon. You have a real knack of engaging with your audience and talking to them, not down to them, which is very powerful. Thank you again."

Tanya Moran, The Harrodian School

"You lectured at my school last Thursday. I have to say it was one of the best talks that I have ever been to, your story is amazing."

Pupil, Marlborough

"I am writing to thank you for the talk you gave our year yesterday evening. I found it incredibly mesmerising and thought you gave the most interesting talk I have ever attended, and I have been to a fair few."
